OK, WTF?

A piece of spam that just landed in my inbox, verbatim:

ANTI-MYOPIA GLASSES

Anti-myopia Glasses composed of prisms and lenses is and instrument
to alleviate myopia. There is a close relationship between convergence
and accommodation. The prism makes losts of effect toward convergence
in order that it can make the two opotic axes diverge. The lens which
is relative to accommodation mainly focuses the seeing objects on
retina. Therefore, this Anti-myopia Glasses can make the user get much
more remedial time instead of near sight time. The rays in eyes form a
close object are changed into from far object through two Anti-myopia
Glass pieces. Thus from the view of potics,Anti-myopia Glasses make
the eyes looking far when the eyes seeing the near object. It's useful
10-55 years old people. It can reduce your degree of myopia and eyes
fatigue.

... seriously, WTF?

As far as I can tell, the only claim the spam makes is that if you bend light outside the eye with "prisms and lenses", it can compensate for visual difficulties in the eye. Which, uh, is what glasses do in the first place.
