Been a busy week here at the paper
Yesterday: Boreal Ski Resort, just up the hill from us, makes a big deal of being the first slopes to open for the season, on artificial snow. (It's been a dry autumn.) Impatient winter sportsmen rejoice.
Today: It's raining -- not snowing, not sleeting, but raining; 41 degrees and wet -- making slush of all their fresh artificial slopes. Can't win for losing.
