Dear all of my non-American friends:

I would like to formally apologize on behalf of my nation.

Even if Ohio turns for Kerry once the late returns are counted, it shouldn't have been this close. And even if Kerry wins, our current president's party has maintained their control over the House and Senate.

This election hasn't provided the world with much to celebrate.
